Coronavirus | Visiting product design agency Simple Design Works

Company news: Let’s talk about coronavirus and Simple Design Works. During these continually changing and unusual times, we wanted to provide you with an update. Right now it’s very much business as usual and you can still contact us as normal by phone or email. The safety and wellbeing of our customers and team is our top priority during this challenging time, so from March 2020 we have made a few changes and wanted to explain our approach.

Visitors

If you visited us recently, be assured that we’d already stepped up on a heightened level of hygiene over the last few weeks as new information emerged. The office is no longer open to visitors so if you would like a face-to-face conversation with us, we’d suggest a video call instead.

Suppliers

We’re not yet experiencing any delays from suppliers that may affect projects. If you do have a project with us, we’ll contact you personally to keep you informed.

Our team

Our team mean everything to us and they’ve made every effort to ensure that business continues during working hours as normal. They will continue to follow hygiene guidelines and will isolate as stipulated by the government. We have been putting contingency plans in place for different scenarios and are fortunate that our systems are cloud-based so we’re able to work away from the office. We’re still available through our normal communication channels – contact us through our online formemail or call 0121 295 1703. We’re set up with Skype, Zoom and MS Teams but can also use your preferred video conference provider.

Our attitude

We understand that COVID-19 is turning today into unprecedented times. As you’d expect from a product design consultancy we’re innovative and flexible so that we can continue to support you. We’re in this together so please just talk to us. And remember to help your community, share positive posts on social media, smile, ring your grandparents, talk to your friends online, eat well and get some sleep. Above all, stay safe. We’ve got this.
